I can see it logged in with my google apps account. you may have to adjust some settings.
I looked around the service settings for my domain, but didn’t see any way to enable Google Profiles. If someone knows the right set of steps to make this work that would be great.
I tried, there is no option on the services list for Google Profiles or Google+.
Facing the same problem. Did you upgrade/migrate the apps recently, when you were notified to do so? I missed it, now i cant login anywhere with my google apps domain acc(StackOverflow.. etc..)
Yep, migrating Apps accounts to real accounts has done strange things.
I’m in the same boat. Apps doesn’t support profiles. If some lucky peeps got through, Wow, that’s cool for them! I spent I dunno how much time converting analytics over from @gmail to my apps. I closed my adsense to restart it. Got pretty much everything done except youtube which won’t switch over. I can open a new one on my apps account, but not transfer. And then the profile/google+ thing.
Looks like the issue is resolved now. I can now login into profiles with apps account.
I’m hearing that they are working on it, but still no luck for my account.
Let me know if anyone finds the setting to enable Google+. I’ve been waiting eagerly to get it work with my Google App account. I have a regular Gmail account to test it too, but I’d rather not build a whole social network with friends on an account I don’t use.
I just hope a year doesn’t go by without them enabling the feature as it happened for Google Buzz.
I’m in the same boat. Profiles are supposed to be coming for your domain… you can sign up here to be notified.

Did you poke around the management settings?
Here’s how you enable/disable the services. I’m not sure if the profile thingy is one, but it’s your best bet: http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=182442

Just playing the waiting game now, hoping it comes sooner rather than later.
