Phoenix, Arizona has about twice the solar energy efficiency of Seattle. Why can’t I buy a solar panel and enjoy the electricity credit from that solar panel when it is installed in a nice sunny spot in the Southwest?
This feels like a potential market waiting to be explored. I suspect there is a mountain of legal and regulatory paperwork that would need to be ascended before it could be done on a large scale ( the entire United States for instance ).
