I had another comment spam attack tonight. In 15 minutes, (5:45 pm to 6:00pm) 35 comments were added, all of them spam. All gone now. It looks like they all came from the same IP, 38.113.198.9. This IP belongs to Performance Systems International Inc. in Washington, DC.

This is becoming more common and much more frustrating. Check out my three strikes plugin to rid yourself of most of these automatically.
Hopefully you get this comment on this old post of yours. I recently have been getting loads of hits from Performance Systems International but based out of Los Angeles.
I was wondering if you had ever followed up and found anything more about them.
The only thing I can think of in my case is that I recently signed up for Google Adsense and Analytics on my website but I don’t know if PSI started showing up on my site before or afterwards.
