Um, holy freaking cow! Vint Cerf now works for Google as Chief Internet Evangelist! People have been wondering what Google is going to to do with all of those talented folks they’ve been hiring and this is only going to add to the wild speculation. Vint Cerf has had a long and impressive history in shaping the Internet into what we have today. I can’t help but wonder what he’ll be involved with at Google. I get the feeling that we’ll look back on this announcement one day and realize that this was big news.
