Since I managed to completely screw up my initial post on the NSA spying vote, I wanted to make sure I got the record right.
The three Republican representatives from Utah voted to end the NSA spying program. The one Utah Democrat representative, Jim Matheson, voted to continue NSA spying on U.S. citizens.
So is Mr. Matheson ready to repeal the fourth amendment? Lets skip the peripheral issues and get right to the center of it. Am I protected from search and seizure of my papers and effects or not?
